PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development (PT BAD) is a real estate business unit under the Kalla Group which was established on May 28, 1992.

During establishment, PT. BAD has built 7 units Cokroaminoto commercial house (1992), Griya Panakkukang Indah(1994) with an area of ​​about 2 hectares, Panaikang Beautiful Housing Complex (1995) with an area of ​​approximately 2.1 hectares.

In 1996, PT. BAD begins to develop Bukit Baruga Township in 300 hectares area. From 1996 until 2005, at the Bukit Baruga, PT. BAD has build 1,000 units medium type, 744 simple house type, and other supporting facilities such as mosques, Athirah Islamic schools, tennis court, and commercial houses.

Company’s performance in 2006 continues to improve in terms of financial and management control and operation because of risk management. From 2006 to 2009, PT. BAD start to build 225 units luxury homes and tourism area developed into a new business unit.

In reaching Baruga Botanical vision on 2014, PT. BAD launched two important periods. In 2010-2012 is Baruga Green (B-Green) period, and the year 2013-2014 is Baruga Botanical (B-Botanical) period. These two important periods have obvious targets to achieve Baruga Botanical on 2014.

Baruga Green 2010-2012 has started to strengthen the infrastructure in terms of operations, finance, and human resources. Everything is described the in the development Master Plan carefully in strategic transformation.

In 2010-2014 period, PT. BAD will present housing projects and other recreational facilities with an estimated total investment of Rp. 1.99 Trillion.
