The Estimator Mechanical (fixed term basis) provides quote on all jobs put through Balikpapan workshop while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Supervisor Admin and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.

Some of your duties will include:

• Quote on all jobs put through Balikpapan Workshop
• Ensure all jobs are engineered to Australian Standards or Client requirements/OEM specs
• Source and provide plant and equipment analysis/information to client groups
• Continuous improvement of plant procedures, policies, environment, health and safety

About you

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior Technical High School
• Has good knowledge for technical on both mechanical and fabrication work
• Understand for work costing
• Minimum of 2 years in similar role
