- Ensure performance management by implementing performance appraisal and orientation period.
- To update the training matrix, training skill matrix, training record.
- To contact provider of training (Trainer) for process of training schedule and payment.
- To make and type the schedule of Training Program of Company.
- To ensure the training was effective with conduct the training evaluations for each training.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or Psychology
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Having general understanding, knowledge and experience in HR field such as recruitment; training; compensation, organizational development and personnel data management.
- Strong knowledge and experience in industrial relation matter as well the application of Manpower Regulation is more preferable.
- A team worker and possess strong analytical mind.
