Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated from a reputable University (Master’s Degree would be an advantage)
- Minimum 7 years (Manager) or 10 years (Sr Manager) of experiences in problem-solving/continuous improvement methodology
- Black Belt in Six Sigma/Lean is mandatory
- Having experience in a multinational company or consulting background is preferred
- Extensive leadership experience in managing operations
- Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data, and using analytics to make decisions
- Result-driven with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership & team building skills
- Fast-paced and an independent thinker
- Passionate and knowledgeable about GO-JEK’s overall business
- Fluency in English
