You will be responsible to develop social media strategy to connects and engage Blibli.com’s brand and audiences throughout integrated marketing communication channels.

As a Social Media Strategist, you will not only work within Marketing Department (Brand Management, Growth Marketing, Marketing Insights, CRM, Creative and Brand Activation) but also with cross function Department, Trade Partnership and Operations Team to develop and execute communication program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities with GPA min. 3.0
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar role with exposure in digital marketing
  • Updated knowledge about e-commerce landscape in Indonesia
  • Updated knowledge about social media and messenger platform and its trends
  • Updated knowledge about overall digital marketing trends
  • Understand customers insights & behavior
  • Ability to create social media strategy and plan presentation
  • Ability to demonstrate presentation
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, nurturing and motivating sub ordinate.
  • Good in communication and negotiation
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Ability to understand and analyze data (Google analytics, social media metrics)
  • Maintain budgeting
  • Have a strong passion and interest in this topic/area:
