Supervisor Mechanic TMRP 45 views

The Supervisor Mechanic TMRP will plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment TMS plant department policies and procedures while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mechanic and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.

Some of your duties will include:

• To plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to TMS plant department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved
• Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure ourstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSEQ outcomes and the business results
• Ensure the allocation of spare parts and allocation of tools and equipment is closely scrutinized
• Ensure all paperwork is carried out correctly and handed to the appropriate personnel on time

About you

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in a same role at a mine site
• Subcontractors and employee supervision experience
