The Warehouse Manager reports directly to Vice President of Warehouse. As the leader of the warehouse team, Warehouse Manager will assume a strategic, tactical aspects and critical role in strengthening warehouse operations. Warehouse Manager will take ownership for entirety of the Fulfillment and Inventory process, from product incoming, order fulfill, accuracy, quality, safety, to calculate of packaging materials. Warehouse Manager will serve in a leadership capacity with full accountability for quality, development, improvement, as well as assisting with budget and cost targets. You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for directing and managing all areas of warehouse and improving upon SOPs and KPIs across all aspects of Warehouse operations. This role represents the unique opportunity to participate in the business strategy, planning, scheduling and organizational development of a huge growing company as a member of its senior management team. Responsibilities:

• Direct and manages all aspects of the warehouse operations, quality and inventory control.
• Delivers on SLA performance as agreed upon with leadership.
• Demonstrate excellence motivational leadership skills and fosters a collaborative team environment that inspires Warehouse Dept
• Establish SOPs and KPIs which optimize the efficiency of the warehouse operations, quality and inventory control to function at
• Work as part of the warehouse management to share ideas, recommending, supporting, and implementing of continues improvement
• Liaise with others in the business to monitor requirements and to ensure quality of service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal business.
• Analyzes growth of warehouse operations agains capacities to maintain proper storage, labor, receiving and fulfilment capabilities
• Calculate and Manage budget management and spend including labor, packaging materials, operational expence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university with GPA min. 3.5 from all major
• Experienced min 5 years in warehouse as Manager or above level
• Attention to detail, highly motivated and flexible
• Familiar in using Microsoft Office, Aplikasi Internet, Warehouse Management System, Matrix job skill (GMP, GDP, ISO, 5R is a plus)
